RPHQ Writevember 2019

November is here!

With that, comes the torrent of NaNoWriMo and novel writing movements. We encourage and support everyone participating in NaNoWriMo, it’s a tough feat! What about those of us who can’t quite keep up with the word counts and pace?

Well, this year, RPHQ is hosting our own Writevember!

What is it? Writevember is a way to participate in the spirit of writing, collaboration, and creating in November, at your own pace. Thanks to Opallithia, the owner of ESO-RP Homestead Directory, we have a writing prompt list for the month. We encourage people to participate as they see fit, post their work, and get excited about their ideas.

Feel free to post on our forums, or use the Twitter hashtag #RPHQWritevember

Rock on!

RPHQ 2019 Summer Writing Contest

This summer we held a writing contest, and it has been a while! Thank you to everyone who showed interest, engaged, helped, and even just gave a little boost. We look forward to putting on contest in the future, with the hope of creating fun and engagement for the community.

This contest focused on Forgotten Wishes. We had a number of delightful entries, and thank each person who did enter. Your works are lovely, and you should feel pride in them! Ultimately, two entries were chosen for first and second place.

In 1st Place, we have Calling in the Woods by Serestia

In 2nd Place, we have Wishes Forgotten by J’veen

We hope you enjoy these written works, and we hope the winners enjoy their prizes! Please, join us in our next context. Until then, stay awesome dear nerds! <3
